If you’d like to submit a reportback, email it to us at mutualaidsocialtherapy@proton.me.
Talk about what you changed, what you added, what you got rid of, what you’ve done entirely differently, what went wrong – or any other thoughts, reflections, ideas, etc that you have. We want to hear about you’re doing and how you’re doing it so other people who start their own groups can learn from what’s worked for your specific context.
You can also email feedback, questions, thoughts, concerns, criticism, etc in whatever form you’d like, just let us know if you want it published publicly or not.
People helping develop the MAST project have been reaching out to public groups for reportbacks using the following set of questions, in case they are helpful as prompts:
- How long have you been doing MAST/been part of a MAST group? What format are you using (online or in person, drop in group or closed group, zines or slides or something else)? You could also include timing per person during triads, overall average session length, approximate attendance, etc here.
- Are you using the lessons from the resource drive, creating your own, just doing triads? Something else? If you’re not using the stuff on the drive, what are you doing and how do you find that it works?
- What successes have you had? Pitfalls? Challenges?
- What aspects of the project and resources have worked well? What didn’t? What about the resources or project overall aren’t clear?
- What else do you want to see from the project that could be supportive or helpful?
- What would make the resources or different aspects of the project more accessible?
- What else do you want to share?
